Warm Weather Shipments
During warmer months, there is the possibility that some products may soften or melt during transit. We promptly ship all orders from our location, but unfortunately, have no control over our shipping companies’ delivery conditions. To help reduce the risk of melting, a “Protect From Heat” label is placed on all of our outgoing packages with insulated packaging. Here are other recommendations, however, to help minimize the possibility of receiving melted or softened bars or foods during summer delivery:

  • Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location.
  • Purchase our Insulated Box
  • To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued on account of melting or freezing of products on any order not containing insulated packaging.

    Should any product melting occur, here’s a quick and simple solution:
    Place boxes of bars or unopened items in the refrigerator for about an hour, minimizing the handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste, although appearance may be slightly altered.

    We now offer Free Shipping inside the Continental United States. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST during the week will ship the same day from Miami, Florida. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.

    Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Entering a wrong shipping address at checkout can cause long delays in receiving your order. Verify your address is correct at checkout to ensure you receive your order fast and problem-free.

Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you’re importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us.     International Shipping Terms & Conditions:
    All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement. All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.’s prices do not include customs fees, taxes, and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.     If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to due to non-compliance with your country’s laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
